Seeds are sold as souvenirs/collectibles or for educational purposes only. Buyers must research their local and national laws before germinating. We accept no responsibility for illegal cultivation.

We collect and use personal information needed to process orders, shipping, customer support, and service improvement (such as name, shipping address, email, and phone) in line with our privacy practices. We do not sell your data to third parties for marketing without clear consent.
4. Returns & order cancellation
If an item arrives damaged in transit, contact us within 3 days of receiving it with photo or video evidence, then return the item (you pay return shipping) and we will refund. Seeds that have already been opened, germinated, or planted are not returnable in any case. Order cancellation before shipment may be available under stated conditions.
